Our Story

Blue Box Consultants was formed in January of 2006 with one goal in mind; to provide small businesses and organizations an outsourced IT solution which can be customized to their individual needs.

In our past experiences we noticed that most small businesses ultimately had similar needs to those of larger businesses. Due to a limited budget they would find themselves in situations to get by rather than get ahead. We would often see people applying temporary solutions to long-term problems which ended up costing the business more and achieving less in the long run.

One thing we noticed with small businesses is that in most cases they did not have a dedicated IT person, but instead would rely on a member of their staff that was the most computer-knowledgeable. That person would spend half of their time trying to fix the myriad of problems that would crop up during the day; sometimes creating more problems in the process while taking time away from their actual job. People often misunderstand or take for granted the technology that runs their business until there is a problem.

We decided to become the heroes that small businesses need to provide them with fast and reliable computer service at a reasonable price, to manage all of their IT needs, and to take ownership of their IT infrastructure by providing technology solutions to help expand the capabilities of their business.
